I co-founded EczemaDoc, which became Proton Health, and helped develop Symphony: a platform combining symptoms, photos, lifestyle, wellbeing, diet and products to support people living with persistent skin conditions.

The problems where my experience overlaps.
I am most useful when a problem crosses more than one discipline. These are the clearest contexts in which to involve or recommend me:
- A healthcare or care workflow is slow, fragmented or difficult to audit.
- A team needs to turn messy research or public data into a dependable decision system.
- A founder is moving between clinical reality, product design and company building.
- An AI workflow needs clear human review, traceability and practical operating boundaries.
- A productivity product needs to support execution rather than simply organise more tasks.

Current focus
Continual compliance in care.
I am looking closely at how care organisations can capture evidence during normal work, identify gaps earlier and replace periodic bursts of compliance activity with a more continuous operating model.
